Do you need a Login to Certification Central? Be sure to review the FREE End User Training first. If you need to register and attend fee-based ShoreTel University training, you will need an account to login and access ShoreTel University Certification Central. Contact your partner to have them add your contact information and request access. If you are unsure of your partner contact, please send your request to email@example.com. Be sure to include your name, email, company name, phone, and mailing address.
Once your information in entered by your partner, your account is automatically created in about 1 day. Your new Certification Central account details will be sent to you via email.
