ShoreTel Connect CLOUD End User Training Webinars

Learn how to use your ShoreTel phone, the ShoreTel Connect Portal (online interface), and the ShoreTel Connect client (unified communications application). You can attend all three sessions (phone, Connect Portal, and Connect Client) or just the ones that meet your needs. 

ShoreTel 400 Series Phone Training

Log into and Use Your Phone, Place and Answer Calls, Utilize Voicemail, Manage Shared Lines
Setup Line Buttons, Use the Help Button, Utilize Mid-call Functions and Soft Keys
Navigate the System Directory, Manage Availability States and Call Routing, Use Other Phone Options

ShoreTel Connect Portal End-User Training

Utilize ShoreTel Connect Portal user functionality

If joining only the ShoreTel Connect Portal training, you can log in between 25 and 30 minutes after the hour.

ShoreTel Connect Client Training

Install and Log into the ShoreTel Connect Client, Manage Phone Calls
Manage Availability States, Configure Inbound Call Routing Based on Availability State
Use the System Directory, Manage Contact Groups, Manage Conversations, Utilize Call History

If joining only the ShoreTel Connect Client training, you can log in between 30 and 40 minutes after the hour.

NOTE: The three training sessions listed above will be cancelled if there are no attendees by 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Visual Call Flow Editor for Administrator Training Webinar

Learn how to use the Visual Call Flow Editor, which is a self-service tool that enables designated Authorized Contacts to make immediate call flow modifications and does not require telecom expertise! Learn how to manage all types of call flow components including Auto Attendant, Hunt Group, Pickup Group, Paging Group, Extension List, and Schedules (On-Hours, Holidays, and Custom).

Requirements: You must be a Decision Maker or account-level Phone Manager. To learn more, see Authorized Contact Roles and Permissions.

Learn how to use all of the agent features of ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Contact Center. This training webinar covers the following topics:

Use the Contact Center Interaction Center, Log In and Out of Queues, Utilize Release and Resume
Manage Incoming Calls: Use Wrap Up Codes, Transfer Calls, and Conference in a Third Party

Note that advanced features such as email, IM chats, and outbound calls are not available during this controlled release
