While viewing a ShoreTel Sky article, web page, email, or document, if you click a link to download a file and experience an error (normally indicated as an "RSL Error"), please use the information in this article to resolve the download error.

When some versions of Adobe Flash are running, an "RSL Error" occurs when you click a link to download a file that is stored in one of our libraries.

To resolve this issue, please temporarily disable the Adobe Flash Player plugin before attempting to download the file again.

The following provides access to browser-specific instructions. If the download error occurs while using one of these browsers, click the associated link to learn how to temporarily disable the Adobe Flash plugin (which is a type of "add-on" application).
