While viewing a ShoreTel article, web page, email, or document, if you click a link to download a file and experience an error, please use the information in this article to resolve the download error.

If you clicked a link to a document and then clicked a "Download" link in the webpage that opened, if you see an "Unable to Process Request" message, clicking the refresh refresh icon next to the URL address, should refresh the webpage and download the file.

If you experience an "RSL Error," this occurs when some versions of Adobe Flash are running and you click a link to download a file that is stored in an online library. To resolve this issue, please temporarily disable the Adobe Flash Player plugin before attempting to download the file again. The following list provides access to browser-specific instructions for  temporarily disabline the Adobe Flash plugin (which is a type of "add-on" application).
