Cannot record voicemail greeting in Connect Cloud
A user is calling the voicemail extension and enters the password to login. When logged in, user hits option 7 followed by option 1 to record voicemail greeting.
Mitel prompt plays: "Please record the greeting after the tone" and calls disconnects with the phrase: "Recording Terminated because you were not speaking"
User is configured with a Courtesy Profile which doesn't have Sky portal access and Voicemail by design.
