If joining only the Phone Assistant and ShoreTel Sky Portal End User training, you can log in between 25 and 30 minutes after the hour.

NOTE: The two sessions listed above will be cancelled if there are no attendees by 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Dedicated Remote Training

You can hire ShoreTel Sky certified training experts to provide dedicated remote training via video web conference sessions. We will consult with you in advance to determine the desired training topics and we will customize the training for your company's needs. Training materials will be mailed to the customer site prior to training. Each training session will last 2-3 hours and may be separated into two days when applicable. For more information, please contact ShoreTel Sky Support.

Onsite Training

You can hire ShoreTel Sky certified training experts to provide onsite training at your location to work with up to 15 customer employees for one-to-several sessions that typically last for 2 hours. The trainer will provide professional grade training, answer all questions, and work with primary contacts for business-specific feature requirements and usability. Additional hours will be billed based on amount of end users and time spent onsite. If you have more than 15 employees who require training, additional training sessions will be required. Travel and expenses are additional.

We also offer an upgrade to full-day training to provide custom scheduling of several training sessions with end-user "walk-around" assistance. This training includes an email welcome with links to support and features, plus a request for questions and feedback prior to the training sessions.

Onsite training must be booked at least 7 days prior to the training session(s). For more information, please contact ShoreTel Sky Support.
