Managing ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Archiving

ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Archive provides long-term storage of IMs, call recordings, and conferencing media.

You can select the ShoreTel products for which you want to enable or disable archiving.

Enabling ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Archiving

  1. Log in to the ShoreTel Connect Portal.
  2. On the Phone System menu, click Add-On Features, and then click Activate or Settings to the right of Connect CLOUD Archive.

    The Connect Cloud Archiving dialog box is displayed.

  3. In the Settings panel, select one or more of the following to enable:
    • Connect CLOUD IM Archive
    • Call Recording Archive
    • Conference Archive
  4. Click Next.
  5. In the Summary panel, verify the displayed information and then click Finish.

Disabling ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Archiving

  1. Log in to the ShoreTel Connect Portal.
  2. On the Phone System menu, click Add-On Features, and then click Settings to the right of Connect CLOUD Archive.

    The Connect Cloud Archiving dialog box is displayed.

  3. In the Settings panel, clear the check boxes next to the products you want to disable archiving for.
  4. Click Next.
  5. In the Summary panel, verify the displayed information and then click Finish.
