Viewing a List of Authorized Contacts

If you are a ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Decision Maker or Phone Manager, you can view and export a list of Authorized Contacts for a particular location or for your entire organization.

For information about assigning Authorized Contact roles to users on your account, see Viewing and Assigning Roles and Permissions.

The following information is displayed for each Authorized Contact on the Authorized Contacts page of the ShoreTel Connect Portal:

Authorized Contacts are divided into categories based on the role they are assigned.

To view a list of Authorized Contacts:

  1. Log in to the ShoreTel Connect Portal.
  2. On the Organization menu, under Account, click Authorized Contacts.
  3. To filter the list, do one of the following:
    • In the list above the toolbar, select the location to view.
    • Type your filter criteria in the search field on the toolbar.
    • Type your filter criteria under the appropriate column heading.

Exporting a List of Authorized Contacts

  1. Log in to the ShoreTel Connect Portal.
  2. On the Organization menu, under Account, click Authorized Contacts.
  3. (Optional) Filter the list to show only the Authorized Contacts you want to export.
  4. Click Export on the toolbar.
  5. Follow the prompts to open or save the file.
