Monitoring User Activity


ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Decision Makers and Phone Managers can review call flow changes and other significant user activity.

The following information is available on the User Activity Monitoring page of the ShoreTel Connect Portal:

Exporting User Activity

You can export data from the User Activity Monitoring page to a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file.

  1. Log in to the ShoreTel Connect Portal.
  2. On the Organization menu, under Account, click User Activity Monitoring.
  3. Filter the user activity list as desired.
  4. Click Export on the toolbar.
  5. Follow the prompts to open or save the file.
