Using Business Intelligence Data
ShoreTel Connect CLOUD Team Managers and Authorized Contacts can generate Business Intelligence reports. The following Business Intelligence reports are available from the ShoreTel Connect Portal:
- Live Answer - Shows the percentage of calls to your company that are answered by a person versus calls sent to voicemail or abandoned.
- Talk Time - Shows the number of calls, total talk time, and average talk time for both inbound and outbound calls.
Business Intelligence report data is available for 25 months; data older than 25 months is not available.
