Managing Your User Settings


ShoreTel Connect CLOUD users can view and edit many phone settings, including phone identification, voicemail, call routing, programmable buttons, and E911 settings. You can also view and edit your personal contact information, which includes viewing your ShoreTel Connect Portal login information and changing your ShoreTel Connect Portal password.
