Connect CLOUD Team Managers
As a Connect CLOUD Team Manager, you can better manage your teams by accessing team-level reports and report subscriptions from the Connect Portal. In order to access these features, an Authorized Contact must first add you as a Team Manager by designating you as a Group Owner for one or more groups.
As a Team Manager, you can use the Connect Portal to do the following:
- View phone-based business intelligence data such as Live Answer and Talk Time reports
- View call activity reports for all members of each group you manage
- Manage report subscriptions
