Connect CLOUD Users
Connect CLOUD Users are all contacts within an organization that have one or more phone profiles assigned to them.
As a Connect CLOUD User, you can use the Connect Portal to do the following:
- View your personal homepage with visuals and statistics related to your phone usage
- Use the contact directories to view information for contacts; you can also add, edit, and delete contacts in your Personal Contacts directory
- View your Call Log; your call log contains a list of all inbound and outbound calls for the last 30 days
- View and manage your user settings, including phone identification, voicemail, call routing, programmable buttons, and E911 settings
