Known Limitations

Be aware of the following known limitations in Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites:

  • To reach a conference extension in a Mitel Connect CLOUD system, a Mitel Connect ONSITE user should dial the local auto attendant and then enter the system conference extension.

  • The availability state for remote endpoints is unknown and is therefore not displayed.

  • In the following cases, the displayed caller ID and extension are not updated:

    • During a cross-site consultative transfer, the caller ID and extension of the transfer originator are not updated after the transfer is completed.

    • During a cross-site conference call, only the caller ID and extension of the conference originator are shown on the user phone in the other site.
