Monitoring the Status of Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites

You can monitor the status of Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites through the Maintenance pages in Mitel Connect Director.

To review summary information about Connect HYBRID services, click Maintenance > Hybrid > Services. This displays the Services page, which includes a list pane showing the HYBRID services at the top and a details pane showing details about the selected service at the bottom.

The following information is displayed on the list pane of the Services page:

Column NameDescription
ServiceThe name of the Mitel Connect HYBRID add-on feature.
ActivatedA check box with a check mark indicates that the specified service is active, which means that at least one user has the service enabled.
Active UsersThe number of users who are currently using the specified Mitel Connect HYBRID service. For Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites, this includes ONSITE and CLOUD users.



When you select Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites in the list pane, the following information is displayed in the details pane of the Services page:

Field NameDescription
Last Sync TimeThe time that the last synchronization operation occurred.
StatusThe status of Connect Sync, which can be one of the following values:
  • OK -- The last synchronization operation was successful.
  • Failed -- The last synchronization operation failed.
  • Eligible
  • Not Ready -- The synchronization has not occurred yet.
  • Unknown -- The status of the synchronization operation is unknown.
SiteThe Mitel Connect ONSITE site that you selected when you activated Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites.
Trunk GroupThe name of the trunk group that was configured for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites in the Connect Portal.
Number of TrunksThe total number of SIP trunks available for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites.
Active ONSITE UsersThe number of users configured in the Mitel Connect ONSITE system.
Active CLOUD UsersThe number of users configured in the Mitel Connect CLOUD system.
Certificate Status

Possible values are as follows:

  • OK

  • Failed

Switches

For the switches that have ports configured for SIP trunks for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites, the following information is displayed:

  • The name of each switch

  • The number of SIP trunks on that switch configured for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites

  • Synchronization status for the switch

Extension RangesThe extension ranges for the Mitel Connect ONSITE and Mitel Connect CLOUD systems that are configured for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites.


To see synchronization details for users who are configured for Mitel Connect HYBRID add-on features:

  1. Launch Mitel Connect Director.

  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Hybrid > Data > Users.

  3. In the list pane at the top of the page, click the row for the user you want to see more details about to display the last sync time and status on the bottom of the page.

To see synchronization details about sites that have trunks configured for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites:

  1. Launch Mitel Connect Director.

  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Hybrid > Data > Sites.

  3. In the list pane at the top of the page, click the row for the site you want to see more details about, and the status and last sync time are shown on the bottom of the page.

To see synchronization details about switches that have trunks configured for Mitel Connect HYBRID Sites:

  1. Launch Mitel Connect Director.

  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Hybrid > Data > Switches.

  3. In the list pane at the top of the page, click the row for the user you want to see more details about, and the status and last sync time are shown on the bottom of the page.
