ShoreTel Interaction Center User Guide
The ShoreTel Interaction Center User Guide, which is applicable to both CLOUD and ONSITE platforms, provides information about how to log in to and use the web agent interface. The Interaction Center replaces the ECC Agent Toolbar that was available with ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center version 9 and earlier.
The ShoreTel Interaction Center provides agents with an easy-to-use interface to respond quickly to voice, chat, and email interactions.
This guide is available in English, German, Spanish, French, and Swedish.
