Disable Windows 2012 LUA Disable UAC in the Registry

Procedure

In Windows Server 2012, you can disable User Access Control (UAC) in the Control Panel, but you must also disable the Limited User Account property, as follows. 

Disable the LUA in the registry for Windows 2012 
Open regedit
Locate the Key: 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system
Find the value EnableLUA and set the Value to 0 (zero). 
Reboot the server.
