Login to CAS via ABC failed communication error 404 response to CAS Login


Softphone doesn't load if using Direct access or Reverse Proxy

It shows the error like this:


Browser Console logs should show like this:

POST 404 (Not Found)

For troubleshooting this issue, we have to make sure the following:

- Configuration of Mitel Advanced Web Utilities is set correctly in IIS Mitel Advanced Applications Web Utilities (ST13/14)

- URL should be using http instead of https if using Direct access 

Authenticate with Mitel Connect should be set to false
