Account Code System Is Currently Unavailable


Account codes are forced on a user group and when user dials the number using trunks, they receive the message: "Account Code System Is Currently Unavailable".


It is caused when there is no extension defined for Account codes.


In Director go under: Administration > Application Server > Select the Server HQ/DVS > Account Codes . Enter a extension number here.
