Users Not Being Prompted For Account Codes

Symptoms

The call goes through without prompting for account codes.

Cause

The user's user group call permission scope is set to allow all calls. It does not restrict calls and does not prompt for account codes.

Resolution

The User's user group > cos-call permissions scope should be configured for internal only or local only as per requirement.

The Account code user group > call permissions scope should be configured to all calls.
