Desktop Sharing from Connect Client Fails

Answer

When performing desktop sharing from the Connect Client the viewing client fails to see the information.  The Sharing client appears to be presenting a desktop sharing session normally, while the viewing client screen shows "Waiting on the presenter to share their screen".

This can be caused by a lack of Web Conference Licenses in the ShoreTel Connect system.

The Connect Client requires the use of a Service Appliance to present the Desktop Sharing information.  Because of this if Web Conference Licenses are not installed on the ShoreTel Connect system the Service Appliance will see there are no licenses to allow presenting capabilities and not display the information for the viewing party.
